1. What You Are Subscribing To

LaunchGrowth is a done-for-you growth system for trade and home service businesses. Your $297/month subscription includes a brand new SEO-optimised website, Google Business Profile setup and ongoing management, an automated review system, a return and referral SMS engine, instant SMS lead notifications, an AI website assistant, and hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support.

This is a managed service, not a one-off website build. Everything runs on our platform as one connected system.

2. How the System Is Built and Why

Your website is built and managed on our platform as part of your subscription. It is not a standalone website delivered as a separate project. It runs inside the same system that powers your automations, review requests, SMS notifications, and customer follow-ups. That is what allows everything to work together as a connected growth system rather than a collection of separate tools.

A traditional agency charges $2,000 to $5,000 upfront to build a website and hand it over. After that, the site sits on its own with no active management, no automations, and no systems connected to it. Our model is different. You get the full system built, managed, and maintained for $297 a month with no upfront cost. The trade-off is that the website is part of the platform, not a standalone file.

Because the website is built on our platform, it cannot be exported as files or transferred to another developer or hosting provider.

If you cancel and want to keep your website live, website-only plans are available.

3. What You Own

Your Google Business Profile is always yours. We only ever access it as a manager. We never create or verify profiles on your behalf. You always do that yourself.

Your Google reviews are permanently attached to your profile and are unaffected by cancellation.

Your domain remains yours at all times. If we register a new domain on your behalf, it is transferred to you on request at no cost. If you do not want it, we cancel the renewal. If you provide us access to your existing domain, we connect it to the system and nothing else changes about your ownership. On cancellation, your domain stays with you and you are free to point it at any new website or provider.

Your brand, content, photos, and any materials you supply are yours. The website itself, as built on our platform, is not owned by you. It is provided to you as part of your subscription for as long as you remain subscribed, and it cannot be transferred, exported, or moved to another provider.

Your customer contacts, meaning the names and contact details captured through your website and enquiry forms, are exported and provided to you on request.

4. What Stays on Our Platform

The website, automation workflows, SMS sequences, review system, referral engine, and AI assistant are all part of our managed infrastructure and remain our property. These are removed or deactivated on cancellation.

The automation phone number that runs your SMS notifications and lead alerts is registered under our business entity and is deactivated or retained by us on cancellation.

5. Cancellation

You are on a month-to-month arrangement with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel at any time by contacting us directly.

On cancellation, the growth system and all automations stop. The website comes down at the end of your current billing period. You keep your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your domain, your content, and your customer contacts.

If you want to keep the website live after cancelling the full system, website-only plans are available. These cover hosting, security, and basic maintenance only. All growth systems and automations are removed.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you request a refund within your first 30 days, you receive a full refund. No questions asked. The website comes down, automations are removed, and the system is deactivated.

7. Billing and Payment

Your subscription is $297/month, billed monthly in advance in Australian Dollars. There is no setup fee.

If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve it. If payment is not maintained, services may be paused or cancelled.

8. Scope of Service

The $297 subscription covers the managed growth system as described above. This is not a custom web development service. We follow a structured website template that has been tested to perform. Minor updates after launch, like swapping photos or updating text, are included. Full redesigns, major structural changes, new feature builds, and extended design consultation are not included.

9. SMS and Messaging

By subscribing, you consent to automated SMS messaging as part of the system. This includes lead notifications, review requests, customer follow-ups, and referral messages sent on behalf of your business.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and is not guaranteed. You or your customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Third-Party Platforms

LaunchGrowth is not responsible for decisions, changes, suspensions, or outages caused by third-party platforms including Google, Meta, Stripe, or telecommunications providers. Results from Google rankings, reviews, or advertising are influenced by factors outside our control, and no specific results are guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

LaunchGrowth is not liable for loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid during the most recent billing period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
