1. What You Are Subscribing To

LaunchGrowth is a done-for-you growth system for trade and home service businesses. Your $297/month subscription includes:

A brand new SEO-optimised website
Google Business Profile setup and ongoing management
An automated review system
A return and referral SMS engine
Instant SMS lead notifications
An AI website assistant
Hosting, maintenance and ongoing support

This is a managed service, not a one-off website build. Everything runs on our platform as one connected system.

2. How the System Is Built and Why

Your website is built and managed on our platform as part of your subscription. It runs inside the same system that powers your automations, review requests, SMS notifications and customer follow-ups. That's what lets everything work together as one growth system instead of a bunch of separate tools.

A traditional agency charges $2,000 to $5,000 upfront to build a website and hand it over. After that, the site sits on its own with no active management and nothing connected to it. Our model is different. You get the full system built, managed and maintained for $297 a month with no upfront cost.

And if you ever want to take the website with you, you can. See Section 6.

3. What You Own

Your Google Business Profile is always yours. We only ever access it as a manager. We never create or verify profiles on your behalf. You always do that yourself.
Your Google reviews stay attached to your profile permanently and aren't affected if you cancel.
Your domain is yours at all times. If we register a new domain for you, we'll transfer it to you on request at no cost. If you don't want it, we cancel the renewal. If you give us access to your existing domain, we connect it to the system and nothing else changes about your ownership.
Your brand, content, photos and any materials you supply are yours.
Your customer contacts, meaning the names and contact details captured through your website and enquiry forms, are yours and we'll export them for you on request.
The website itself is provided to you under a licence for as long as your subscription is active. This licence can't be transferred to anyone else and ends when you cancel, unless you choose the website-only plan or buy out the website (see Sections 5 and 6).

4. What Stays on Our Platform

The automation workflows, SMS sequences, review system, referral engine and AI assistant are part of our managed system and remain our property. These are removed or switched off when you cancel, including if you buy out the website.

The automation phone number that runs your SMS notifications and lead alerts is registered under our business and stays with us when you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You're on a month-to-month arrangement with no lock-in contract. You can cancel any time by contacting us directly.

When you cancel, the growth system and all automations stop at the end of your current billing period. You then have three options:

Cancel fully. The website comes down at the end of your billing period.
Keep the website on our platform for $97/month. This covers hosting, security and basic maintenance only. All growth systems and automations are removed.
Buy out the website for a one-off $1,500. We transfer the website to you and you manage it from there. See Section 6.

Whichever option you pick, you keep your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your domain, your content and your customer contacts.

6. Website Buyout

Our websites are built on GoHighLevel. If you buy out the website, we transfer it to you as a GoHighLevel sub-account so you or your own developer can manage it.

What's included: your website pages, design, content, images, forms and customer contacts.

What's not included: all automations, workflows, SMS sequences, the review system, the referral engine, the AI assistant and the automation phone number. These are removed before the transfer.

How it works:

The buyout fee is a one-off $1,500, paid before the transfer starts.
Your account needs to be fully paid up, with no outstanding balance.
You'll need your own GoHighLevel account ready to receive the transfer. Any GoHighLevel subscription or developer costs are yours to cover.
We'll complete the transfer within 10 business days of receiving payment and your account details.
Once the transfer is done, the website is fully in your hands. We no longer provide hosting, maintenance or support for it.
The buyout fee is non-refundable once the transfer has started.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you ask for a refund within your first 30 days, you get a full refund. No questions asked. The website comes down, the automations are removed and the system is switched off.

After your first 30 days, payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel any time and you won't be charged again after your current billing period.

8. Billing and Payment

Your subscription is $297/month, billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars. There's no setup fee.

If a payment fails, we'll get in touch to sort it out. If payment is still unresolved after 14 days, your website and automations may be taken offline until the account is brought up to date. If it stays unpaid, we may cancel your subscription.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first and we'll work it out with you. You agree not to lodge a chargeback or payment dispute for services we've already provided. If a chargeback is lodged for services that were delivered, we may suspend or cancel your account and recover any costs involved.

10. When the Service Is Delivered

Your service is considered delivered once your website is live and your growth system is switched on.

11. Scope of Service

The $297 subscription covers the managed growth system described in Section 1. It’s not a custom web development service. Your website is built from a structured template that’s been tested to perform, so changes need to work within that template.

What’s included

Small updates after launch are included at no extra cost. This covers things like:

Swapping or adding photos
Updating text, prices, services or service areas
Changing contact details, opening hours or business information
Adding small bits of new content, like a new service, FAQ or testimonial, using the existing page layouts

What’s not included

Full redesigns or new page layouts
Major structural changes to how the site is set out
Custom features, integrations or functionality outside what the system already does
Extended design consultation or ongoing back-and-forth design work

If you ask for something outside this scope, we’ll let you know. Depending on the request, we may be able to quote it separately, or it may not be something we can do on our platform. If your business needs regular custom development, a custom agency or your own developer will suit you better. You can buy out your website and take it with you (see Section 6).

We’ll decide whether a request falls within scope, and we’ll always be reasonable about it.

Fair use

Small changes are included within reason. If requests become frequent enough that they turn into ongoing custom work, we may group them together, schedule them over time, or let you know they fall outside your subscription.

12. SMS and Messaging

By subscribing, you agree to automated SMS messaging as part of the system. This includes lead notifications, review requests, customer follow-ups and referral messages sent on behalf of your business.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on third-party carriers and isn't guaranteed. You or your customers can opt out any time by replying STOP.

13. Your Responsibilities

Messages sent through the system go out on behalf of your business. You're responsible for making sure:

You have your customers' permission to contact them.
Any messages and customer data you add to the system comply with Australian law, including the Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988.
You don't use the system to send spam or anything misleading, offensive or unlawful.

If a claim, fine or complaint comes about because of your business's messages, customer data or use of the system, you agree to cover it and not hold LaunchGrowth responsible.

We may suspend your account if the system is being used in a way that breaks these terms or the law.

14. No Guaranteed Results

We work hard to get you more jobs, but we can't guarantee a specific number of leads, enquiries, jobs, revenue or search rankings. Results depend on your market, your competition, your reviews, how quickly you respond to leads and factors outside our control.

15. Third-Party Platforms

We're not responsible for decisions, changes, suspensions or outages caused by third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe or phone carriers.

16. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption or any indirect losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in your most recent billing period.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't legally be excluded.

17. Your Data After Cancelling

You can ask for your customer contacts within 30 days of cancelling and we'll send them to you. After 60 days, your data may be deleted from our systems.

18. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or ideas about our service, we're free to use them without any obligation to you.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. If you keep using the service after changes are posted, that means you accept the updated terms.
